Our team analyzed factors that lead to house prices in the state of Washington, such as the square feet of living space and the number of bedrooms. From the data visualization models that we created, we found that the box plot - representing the price and the city - and bubble chart - depicting the square feet and the city - were the most effective in analyzing what determines the cost of a house. The box plot was able to show the average house price depending on the city, which shows that a city such as Auburn may have more affordable houses than Medina.
